A reportable accident takes place every 92 seconds in Florida. Accidents occur everywhere, on streets and highways, in residential neighborhoods and even in parking lots. Every driver on our roadways has a duty at all times to operate their vehicle safely and in a reasonable manner, considering the rights of other drivers and pedestrians on the roadway. When a driver fails to live up to this duty, the law in Florida states that the driver is negligent. A negligent driver is ultimately responsible for all injuries directly resulting from their negligence. In this crash, it is not clear exactly how the accident occurred. Further investigation is needed.
