While this crash remains under investigation, it appears as though at least one innocent person was killed in the accident. Each year in Florida, over 400,000 car accidents are reported. In the case of a car accident with injuries, an innocent victim may be a passenger, a pedestrian, a bicyclist or another driver. When a person is hurt by the negligence of another, the victim has a legal right.
Florida car accident law provides that a person who is hurt in a crash that was not their fault may recover for their pain and suffering, lost wages and medical bills. In cases of serious injury, it is important to have an experienced lawyer assisting you with your case.
