Fatal accidents happen every day, multiple times per day in Florida. A serious crash can happen in an instant and change your life forever. Although every driver should follow safety precautions and traffic laws, not all accidents are preventable. Most crashes are attributable to negligence or simple human error. When a driver's negligence causes an injury accident, the injured victim has the legal right to recover for damages sustained including lost wages, medical bills, and pain and suffering.
