This morning, a person lost their life in an accident that took place in Lee County at McGregor Boulevard. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office press release announced the fatality early this morning.
Florida Highway Patrol responded to the accident, though many details have not been announced just yet. We know that it took place at the entrance to Town and River, close to Cypress Lake Drive at 7:30 in the morning.
The Boulevard was closed in both directions and drivers were asked to avoid the area until noon.
