Orange County, FL (October 18, 2019) - A 36-year-old man is dead and a UCF student is charged with drunk driving after a crash on University Boulevard. The crash took place on Thursday, October 17th.
According to reports, Dean Kornblum of Boca Raton was driving eastbound on University Boulevard when he crashed into the rear-end of an SUV driven by 36-year-old Angel Dominguez of Sanford, FL. Dominguez's vehicle flipped over and he died at the crash scene. Kornblum suffered minor injuries and was treated at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Following an investigation, troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol arrested Kornblum for charges of DUI manslaughter.
Kornblum was taken to the Orange County Jail after being charged. The crash remains under investigation.
