Each year, approximately 3,000 people lose their lives in Florida car accidents. A crash happens suddenly and unexpectedly. In the worst-case scenario, innocent victims will lose their lives due to the reckless or negligent actions of another driver. Under Florida's wrongful death law, the next-of-kin may seek to file a claim against a negligent driver that was responsible for a traffic-related death.
