Florida's streets and highway can be a very dangerous place for the average motorist. Last year, more than 400,00 reportable car accidents took place in our state. Many of these crashes involved death and serious injury. Further, many victims are injured or killed through no fault of their own when they come into contact with a negligent driver. This crash illustrates how an innocent victim can be involved in a dangerous Florida car accident in a matter of seconds.
Our condolences go out to the victim's family following this fatal accident in Orlando. We hope for a speedy recovery for the injured victim.
