You may find yourself suffering from serious injuries, with the need for costly medical treatment and possibly an inability to work. Under Florida law, you may have certain legal rights if you were involved in a crash involving a negligent driver. Your rights should only be explained to you by an experienced Florida car accident lawyer following a car accident.
