Approximately 700 pedestrians will be killed in crashes across Florida this year and several thousand more will suffer injuries. A Florida pedestrian accident is frequently a life-altering experience. Sadly, most pedestrians who are involved in accidents will be hospitalized and many will be seriously hurt or killed. Drivers who fail to see or yield to pedestrians frequently cause crashes in which innocent victims and their families are irreversibly affected.
