According to statistics, there are more than 5,000 alcohol-related crashes reported annually in Florida. On average, more than 400 people are killed in Florida DUI crashes. The proportion of victims who are injured or killed in crashes involving impaired drivers is far greater than those same numbers in crashes where drugs and alcohol are not a factor. DUI drivers pose a great risk of danger for all other motorists on the roadway.
We wish to extend our condolences to the victims' families following this fatal DUI crash in Palm Bay.
