Each day, there will be about two fatal pedestrian crashes reported in our state. Pedestrian crashes are notable for serious injuries and, in the worst cases, they can be fatal. When a pedestrian crash occurs, a close examination of the scene must be undertaken by authorities in order to determine how the crash took place. In cases where the accident was avoidable, the driver could be held responsible for negligence leading to the collision.
