The accident happened on Monday around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Pinetree Avenue and Quarts Street in Panama City Beach. 41-year-old Eric Smith failed to stop at a stop sign and ran his motorcycle into the left side of a vehicle. 23-year-old Monica Alvarado of Nashville was driving the car.
