Serious crashes take place across Florida each day, multiple times per day. With approximately 400,000 crashes per year, the odds of being involved in a car accident in our state are unfortunately quite high. Many crash victims are simply innocent motorists who were minding their own business when they were struck by a negligent or irresponsible driver. Under Florida law, crash victims may have certain legal rights to recover for their losses caused by accident.
Our thoughts are with all of the victims in this crash in Pasco County.
