A reportable accident occurs approximately every 92 seconds in Florida. Almost all car accidents are avoidable through the exercise of appropriate caution. In this accident, the simple failure to stop at a stop sign caused the crash to occur. When a driver violates a traffic law and a collision is caused, the driver is almost always legally responsible for the damages that ensue.
If you have been injured in a Florida car accident, it is important to know your legal rights. Negligence occurs daily on Florida streets and highways. Negligent drivers are civilly responsible for the damages they cause and innocent victims should not be left to pay for the damages that someone else has caused.
