Last night in Cantonment, Florida, a pedestrian was hit and killed on the streets by another vehicle. Lt. Eddie Elmore came to the scene of the accident after the death and said that the accident happened on East Kingsfield Road.
This is still a developing story as an accident investigation occurs.

A pedestrian was hurt in a crash outside of a club in Miami on Wednesday, October 10th. Miami-Dade Police say the crash occurred early Wednesday morning at 3615 NW South River Drive. The incident occurred when a woman driving a Mercedes Benz mistook the gas pedal for the brake pedal and slammed into a pedestrian attempting to get into their car. The driver remained on the scene and spoke with authorities following the crash. At this time, police do not suspect alcohol as a factor in the accident. Read more
