If your loved one has been killed due to the negligence of another driver, you could have legal rights. In Florida, a next-of-kin can bring a wrongful death lawsuit for the recovery of certain damages, including the value of lost services, loss of companionship, medical and funeral bills, and more. At Rubenstein Law, our Florida wrongful death attorneys know that no amount of money can compensate for your loss; however, the responsible party should be made to pay for the destruction they have caused in taking an innocent life.
