Motorcycle accidents can sometimes end in disaster, with parties losing their lives in a difficult time. We want to stand up for your rights and the rights of your loved ones if you have lost somebody in one of these accidents.
A 76-year-old Port Orange motorcyclist was killed this morning when his motorcycle was hit by another vehicle on Tomoka Farms Road. A Toyota vehicle was traveling southbound when it started to travel into the other lane for unknown reasons. It hit the motorcycle and the man was ejected. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Charges against the driver of the Toyota are currently pending.
