A Plant City man, identified as 23-year-old Samuel Lougheed, died at the scene of a motorcycle crash that happened on Saturday. He was wearing a helmet at the time.
The accident happened that morning around 9:10 at an intersection in Florida. At the time, Lougheed was riding his motorcycle at a high rate of speed. 62-year-old Darlene Hamilton was riding toward him and turned left into his path. The force of the collision was mighty, pushing him from his motorcycle, which overturned into a ditch.
