On Sunday around 5:45 a.m., 46-year-old Shawn Michael Grady was biking on Rowan Road in New Port Richey when a pickup truck was heading in the same direction. The truck and the bike collided. The person who killed Grady and fled the scene has now turned herself in.

Shanna Marie Rampino stepped forward and surrendered the 2000 Toyota pickup with the damage that was consistent with the crash that took Grady’s life.
