Questions of liability in a Florida personal injury case can be complicated. In cases where a person injured due to a condition of the roadway, a complete investigation is required. In some incidents, municipalities or government agencies could possibly be held responsible if a dangerous condition existed that was not properly addressed or repaired. We hope that the bicyclist is able to make a complete recovery.
