A Florida motorcycle accident can have a life-altering effect in a matter of seconds. Motorcycles make up about 3% of all registered motor vehicles in our state. Despite this, motorcycle crashes account for about 15 to 20% of all fatal crashes. The high fatality rates in motorcycle accidents serve to underscore the dangers of motorcycle riding for all bikers. This is especially true with the number of negligent drivers on our roadways.
We wish to extend our most sincere condolences to the victims and families affected by this crash.
