Motorcycles can bring hours of fun and enjoyment for riders. Florida is an especially popular place for motorcyclists due to the warm climate and motorcyclists can be found on our roadways throughout the year. A motorcycle ride can quickly turn deadly, however, when a negligent driver is involved. When motorcycle crashes occur, they are almost always serious and many of them cause debilitating injuries or even death
Rubenstein Law is dedicated to serving individuals & families injured by the negligence of others. We know first-hand the heartbreak that can be left behind after an accident. In our news blog, we write about cases of personal injury relevant to our line of work, and we report on news of judgments and appellate cases that affect the rights of personal injury claimants.
