Fatal pedestrian accidents in Florida occur about two times per day. When a pedestrian accident happens, police must undertake a careful investigation of the crash scene in order to determine exactly how the accident took place and who should be held liable. Sadly, many Florida pedestrian accidents result in death or serious injuries for innocent victims.
