Temple Terrace, FL (June 11, 2020) - A 44-year-old woman from Tampa was killed in a crash on Wednesday in Temple Terrace. The crash was reported just before 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of North 56th and Diana Street.
Police say that a 58-year-old woman from Plant City was traveling southbound on 56th Street when she attempted to make a left turn onto Diana Street. As she turned, the woman's vehicle collided with a vehicle that was northbound on 56th. The deceased victim was a passenger in the northbound car. She died at the scene as a result of her injuries. The driver in the northbound vehicle was seriously hurt while the southbound driver sustained minor injuries.
