Our deepest condolences go out to the family of Curtis Waters, Jr. and his passenger who was critically hurt in this crash. Failing to slow down can have devastating consequences. Many drivers involved in rear-end collisions are distracted at the time the crash occurs. They fail to observe the conditions in front of them and collide with other vehicles at nearly full speed.
In this accident, the Expedition driver will likely face liability in the form of a civil suit. The family of Curtis Waters, Jr. may bring a wrongful death claim against the driver due to her negligence in causing this collision.
