Florida pedestrian crashes claim the lives of two people per day, on average. A pedestrian crash is usually a very devastating event for the victim and their family. Pedestrians are frequently killed or injured when they come into contact with negligent drivers who fail to yield the right of way or are otherwise inattentive and cause devastating crashes.
