Our thoughts are with all of those affected by this serious crash in Volusia Beach. Each day, traffic accidents will be reported every 92 seconds in our state. While the large majority will involve those only in vehicles, no one is ever immune from the effects of a crash. Even in this case, those enjoying the beach were affected by the crash. Car accidents can simply happen anywhere at any time and frequently claim innocent victims.
