A Wesley Chapel accident took place today near a traffic light. The accident led to injuries to a trooper. Six vehicles were involved in the crash. The accident took place when the driver who crashed suffered a medical emergency.
The trooper suffered non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa. The driver who sustained a medical emergency was taken to Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel for treatment.
The crash closed part of the roadways until it was cleared.
