Investigators were called to the scene of an accident on Monday that happened around 7 p.m. The West Palm Beach accident took place at the intersection of 45th Street and Village Boulevard, west of Interstate 95. The BMW driver, who was unidentified, was speeding eastbound at the time and ran a red light.
The vehicle crashed into a Honda Accord and then continued to hit signs. The driver of the BMW was taken to the hospital, where he passed away due to his injuries. The driver of the Honda had minor injuries. An investigation showed that the BMW was stolen at the time.
