Although most fatal accidents in Florida involve vehicles, some crashes also involve trains. Fatal train crashes are reported regularly across our state and result in many deaths annually. When a train crash occurs, a close investigation of the scene and the crash itself must be undertaken. Train accident liability can be especially complicated by the fact that it may be difficult to determine the owner of the train and the proper party to bring suit against in the event of a crash.
