We are saddened to hear of this tragic crash in West Palm Beach.
At this time, it appears as though police are focusing on possible impairment as a cause of this crash. In 2016, over 5,000 alcohol-related crashes were reported in Florida. Over 400 of those crashes were fatal.
The dangers of drinking and driving are well-documented. Riding as a passenger in a vehicle with a drunk driver carries the same risk as driving while impaired.
