Being involved in a hit-and-run injury crash can be extremely frustrating. Not only are you suffering pain from your injuries, but it is also frustrating to know that the responsible driver chose to leave the scene following the crash. In Florida, all drivers have a legal responsibility to remain on the scene of an accident involving injury or property damage. Unfortunately, some drivers choose not to follow the law.
