One woman was injured in a serious accident when she was a passenger in a vehicle. Many drivers are injured every year due to negligent actions, but what about passengers who cannot change the outcome of what happens on our roadways at all times?
The accident happened at 7:40 p.m. on Sugar Fork Road. The victim was identified as 29-year-old Ashley Vance, who was taken to the hospital with injuries. She was a passenger at the time of the accident in a pickup truck driven by 44-year-old Crystal Noland.
The pickup truck drove off the road and struck a tree.
