This week, we received news that Barbara Kieta filed a complaint back in January against a James Edward Greathouse, claiming that he caused his motor vehicle to collide with a car. When Kieta was driving her vehicle along in St. Petersburg, Greathouse ran into her vehicle in a negligent fashion.
Kieta sustained bodily injuries as well as hospital expenses due to her accident. She alleges in her statement that Greathouse failed to operate and maintain his vehicle in a proper manner, which led to her injuries. She is seeking more than $15,000 as well as court costs.
We see serious accidents like these all the time in Florida, where somebody takes negligent action on the roadways. Negligence happens in many ways like distracted driving, drunk driving, and speeding. If you are injured in a similar fashion by somebody who is driving negligently and not obeying the rules of the road, contact us at Rubenstein Law. We are waiting to hear from you at 1-800-FL-LEGAL.
