According to statistics from NHTSA, a reportable crash happens in Florida about every 92 seconds. Well over half of all Florida car accidents will involve injuries to one or more individuals involved. The odds of escaping a crash unharmed are, unfortunately, not in your favor. When you or a loved one have been victimized by the actions of a negligent driver, you could have certain rights under Florida's personal injury laws.
