Clearwater, FL (May 6, 2019) - A major crash involving a stolen vehicle was reported on Monday, May 6th. The crash happened just after midnight at the intersection of Hillcrest Avenue and Court Street.
According to initial reports from the Clearwater Police Department, 28-year-old Corey Feldman was driving a stolen motor vehicle eastbound on Court Street when he slammed into the back of a BMW. After the collision, Feldman fled the scene and ran to a nearby hotel. He was later located by police and placed under arrest for his role in the crash. Feldman suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bayfront Hospital.
The two occupants of the BMW, a male driver and a female passenger, were also taken to the hospital. The male was airlifted from the scene with life-threatening injuries and is listed in critical condition, while the female is also being treated. The extent of her injuries is not known at this time.
Feldman has officially been charged with DUI with serious bodily injury, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injuries, careless driving, and driving with a suspended license.

It appears as though Corey Feldman is going to be held responsible for his actions in causing this crash and fleeing the scene. In Florida, it is illegal to leave the scene of an injury accident. A crash involving a car and a motorcycle left the motorcyclist injured. The crash happened on Tuesday, June 18th. Police responded to the collision on Griffin Drive near Gateway Boulevard just before midnight. Initial reports indicate that a car and a motorcycle were involved in the crash. The motorcyclist sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Fortunately, his injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
