Florida is a dangerous place for pedestrians. Our state led the nation in pedestrian deaths in 2018. In addition to fatal crashes, there are many more pedestrians who suffer serious injuries when they are struck by vehicles. Each pedestrian accident must be carefully examined to determine fault. In some cases, an expert reconstruction of the crash scene is necessary in order to decide how a particular crash took place.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to the family of John King, II.
