Lil Scrappy, a famous rapper who is also known as Darryl Kevin Richardson, was involved in a car accident this weekend that left him hospitalized.
The 34-year-old and his friend, Casino Roulette, were found outside of the vehicle when police came to the crash site on Sunday. It is believed that Casino might have fallen asleep at the wheel and crashed into a pole, but police were not able to determine who was at fault. Scrappy was taken to a Miami hospital and broke his foot.

A man was killed Wednesday after his bicycle collided with a Brightline train in Oakland Park. The accident took place around 2:30 pm. The man, who has not been identified, was riding his bicycle along the tracks near Northeast 38th Street and North Dixie Highway when he was struck by the passing train. The man died shortly after the collision. The Broward Sheriff's Office was called to investigate the crash. No immediate word was released on what caused the crash to occur and there is no indication as to whether alcohol or other factors might have played a role. Read more
