Florida is one of the most dangerous states in the nation for motorists. Each year, approximately 250,000 injury crashes will be reported on our roadways. Many of the injured victims will be hurt due to the negligence of another motorist. These victims may find themselves suffering from serious injuries and loss of income as they struggle to return to the life that they enjoyed prior to the crash. Florida's personal injury laws could allow an injured individual to file a claim against the driver that was responsible for the crash.
