Travel by airplane remains a mostly safe method of transportation. Small aircraft crashes, however, are somewhat common across our state. When an aircraft crash occurs, the resulting damage is usually catastrophic. Our condolences go out to the families of both passengers who lost their lives in this tragic incident.
Investigators will work carefully to determine the cause of the crash. In cases where mechanical failure or equipment defect caused the crash, a third-party may be responsible for the damages suffered in the incident.
