We rely on service trucks to bring us the goods that are sold to us in the marketplace. However, we never think about what could happen when an accident happens involving one of these large vehicles. Delivery truck accidents can be just as serious as any other accident that takes place on our roadways.
Delivery Truck Accident
A FedEx truck accident in Hillsborough County caused deadly results in one. The accident was so severe that it caused backups on the roadway for hours.
The accident happened when a 22-year-old Tampa man was driving his FedEx truck when he lost control. The front tire blew out, which caused the vehicle to spiral out of control. The truck then traveled toward the center of the median and hit another vehicle, when it overturned.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was identified as 19-year-old Jordan Stynda, who was not injured in the crash.
