In Osceola County this morning around 7:15 a.m., an accident took place at a Florida toll plaza that caused four to be sent to the hospital. Florida Highway Patrol officials responded to the accident and said that four people had to be transported to local hospitals following the serious accident, most of which had critical injuries.
The vehicle caught fire when it struck a barrier protecting the toll booth. Two helicopters landed at the scene. The toll lanes were both open by 8:30 a.m.
