Florida is one of the most dangerous states in the nation for motorists. A reportable car accident takes place in our state about every 92 seconds. Drivers who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol contribute to thousands of injury accidents and several hundred deaths on our roadways each year. Drunk driving is one of the most reckless forms of negligent driving in which a driver can engage.
