Fatal pedestrian accidents take place in Florida about twice per day. Our state typically ranks among the most deadly states in the nation for pedestrians with a large number of serious and fatal pedestrian accidents taking place on our roadways annually. Pedestrian accidents are more likely than other types of accidents to involve death or serious injury to the victims.
If you or a loved one have been hurt in a Florida pedestrian crash that was not your fault, it is imperative for you to consult with an experienced Florida pedestrian attorney regarding your legal rights. Especially in cases of serious accidents, you must protect your right to receive full compensation from the negligent driver that caused the collision.
