Florida pedestrian crashes take place multiple times per day. According to current statistics, a fatal pedestrian accident in Florida takes place about twice per day. In addition to this, numerous other individuals are injured in these accidents. Pedestrian accidents tend to result in serious injuries and death far more often than other types of crashes as pedestrians are among the most vulnerable victims as they lack protection from the force and impact of the collision.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the family of Vernal Beckford in the aftermath of this pedestrian crash in Fort Meade.
