A hit-and-run crash in Fort Pierce can result in devastating injuries and, unfortunately, death for innocent accident victims. Statistics indicate that more than 20% of all car accidents in Florida are hit-and-run crashes. Although drivers are legally required to remain at the scene of an accident, they may choose to flee in order to avoid responsibility for their actions. Many hit-and-run accidents are caused by negligent drivers who will and should be held legally responsible for their reckless driving behaviors.
Our condolences are with the victim's family following this fatal car accident in Fort Pierce.
