Pedestrians are extremely at risk of being injured or killed when they are involved in an accident. A Gainesville pedestrian crash can have tragic and life-altering consequences for victims. Unfortunately, pedestrians are often involved in accidents that are not their fault. Drivers who are speeding, distracted, or otherwise driving recklessly can be responsible for injuries to innocent pedestrians.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the victim's family following this fatal pedestrian accident in Gainesville.
