We wish to extend our most sincere sympathies to the family who lost a loved one in this tragic I-4 crash.
A fatal accident occurs approximately every three hours in Florida. Many fatal accidents involve multiple vehicles and can be attributed to driver error. Some accidents, however, occur due to malfunctioning equipment such as tires and other parts of a vehicle. When a vehicle malfunction causes a crash to occur, the underlying cause must be carefully studied and determined. When the equipment malfunction is not the driver's fault, the third party manufacturer may be exposed to liability.
