There are approximately 250,000 injury accidents in Florida each year. Rear-end collisions are among the most common types of crashes that we see in our state. While many rear-end crashes are minor in nature, many others are serious and can result in devastating injuries to the victim, including death. In most rear-end crashes, the driver who strikes the other vehicle is typically held responsible for some form of negligent driving.
