Pedestrian accidents take place every day on Florida streets and highways. Approximately two pedestrians die per day in pedestrian accidents. Many pedestrian crashes occur at night, along poorly lit roadways. Pedestrian crashes also occur frequently on highways and other areas where there are not dedicated places for pedestrians to walk, such as crosswalks and traffic signals.
We will have to await further details before determining who should be held responsible for this tragic crash. Our thoughts are with the victims family during this difficult time.
